  1. Claim received by phone, fax, email or online.
  2. Claim is entered into our online file management system, MATi.
  3. Adjuster is assigned and notified by phone & email.
  4. Insured is contacted by phone.
  5. Acknowledgement is sent to client.

Inspection & Report

  1. Adjuster contacts insured within 24 hours.
  2. Inspects loss within 48 hours.
  3. Estimate completed in the software of your choice.
  4. Report is sent for internal review by the AAN Account Manager or a member of the File Review Team.
  5. Report invoiced, stacked and submitted to the client within 5 business days of receiving the assignment.

Review, Revisions, and Re-Inspections

  1. Every claim is reviewed by an Account Manager or File Reviewer assigned specifically to your company.
  2. Estimate revisions are completed by our Review Team the same business day.
  3. No more waiting for revised estimates!
