AAN, Inc. adds Symbility to its estimating services

 

Knoxville, Tennessee — (August 20, 2013) Associated Adjusters Network, Inc. (AAN) has expanded their services to offer Symbility based estimating and training. Over the years, several estimating platforms have played an important role in everyday claims handling. AAN is proud to announce the addition of Symbility to their claims services. AAN recently sent 15 instructors through the Symbility Train the Trainer program. It now provides training opportunities to clients and adjusters throughout the year.  The goal is to educate the claims community with the latest technology and estimating platforms required by their clients.

AAN is working with several clients who have transitioned to the Symbility platform.

AAN is a national daily and CAT independent adjusting firm that prides themselves on exceeding the clients demand for high quality and professional services. During hurricane Sandy, AAN assisted several clients with great success producing average cycle times of less than 7 days. The customer complaint percentage was less than 1 %, which was at the top of their class based on the report card from the NY DOI.
