We had a major flood in our apartment. We were away and contacted our insurance company. They sent out an independent adjuster. Having never dealt with a claim or having any knowledge on how to deal with the situation our adjuster led us through it step by step. He was highly professional, courteous and very patient with all of our questions. Not often do you come across such professionalism and kindness in a total stranger. He was fantastic.
