After a season of many top 20 placements and one gut-wrenching last place finish due to reargear issues, Tommy Joe Martins is reflective of his craft ahead of Phoenix. In tweets released on Oct 30 he states, “Ah so we could’ve definitely gotten top10 tonight. Even better…we’ll try to get em in Phoenix” So what is ahead for him at Phoenix?
Noah Gragson, Austin Cindric, Daniel Hemric, and Aj Allmendinger take the spots of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship 4. The favorite for the Trophy seems to be Austin Cindric who has posted six top-10s, four top-fives, and two wins. Gragson, however, has made five starts at Phoenix during his Xfinity Series career and has posted an average finish of 13.8 with three top-10s. His best run was a second-place finish in the 2020 championship race behind Cindric. Could this week at Phoenix be when he pulls in front of Cindric for the win? We will have to tune in, and buckle-up, to find out.
